It really is amazing how a "naked" bike can be given a whole new character with just a very modest conversion. If you take a roadster, for example, and equip it with a *Daytona* chopper windshield from Puig, small or large, depending on your personal taste, suddenly a hot-blooded naked bike is transformed into a reassuringly relaxing cruiser, and you instantly feel the urge to start gliding along peaceful country roads.
Puig *Daytona* is a range of classic chopper windshields (WS16) with high-quality chrome struts.

- 2-point mounting kit included (clamps for mounting on 22 or 25.4 mm handlebars are supplied), pre-mounted chrome struts plus edge band
- Windshield thickness approx. 3 mm
- Material: Acrylic glass (PMMA)

For all the listed vehicles, these windshields are type-approved for Germany, so no entry is required in the vehicle papers.

Accessories with an ABE do not have to be registered in the vehicle documents. However, if you do not want to carry the certificate with you at all times, you can have it registered (at a charge) by the TÜV, for example.
If the accessories are to be used on a vehicle that is not listed in the ABE, an individual approval is necessary.
